The UIUC Self-Service Access system is used by faculty and staff to access University services and information. This system provides a single sign-on for many University applications. When you log in to Self-Service Access, you will be able to view your personal information, access campus resources, and more.
If you are a new faculty or staff member, you will need to activate your NetID before you can access Self-Service Access. For more information on how to activate your NetID, please see the Activating Your NetID section of this site.
Once you have activated your NetID, you can log in to Self-Service Access by going to https://selfservice.illinois.edu and entering your NetID and password.

uiuc self service teaching
The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is committed to providing world-class education to our students. In order to do so, we need to continuously update our curriculum and teaching methods. One way we do this is through our “self-service” teaching program.
Through this program, faculty can propose new courses, modify existing courses, or design entirely new programs of study. This flexibility allows us to respond quickly to changes in the world around us and ensure that our students are receiving the best possible education.
The self-service teaching program is just one of the many ways we are working to improve the University of Illinois. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our institution and provide our students with the best possible education.
uiuc self service public engagement
The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is committed to increasing the opportunities for public engagement with our research and scholarship. In order to make this happen, we have created the Self-Service Public Engagement (SSPE) system.
The SSPE system is designed to allow researchers to easily and quickly identify and connect with potential partners for public engagement opportunities. The system also provides a mechanism for community members to search for and request engagement with specific UIUC research projects.
The SSPE system is a joint effort of the Office of the Vice President for Research, the Graduate School, and the Illinois Public Engagement Network.
If you are a researcher interested in using the SSPE system to identify public engagement opportunities, please visit the SSPE website and create an account.
